Massage Policies & Important Information
To ensure the best experience for every client—and to protect the time reserved specifically for you—please review the following policies before booking.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or reschedules.
Cancel within 12 hours of your appointment: 50% of the massage cost will be due.
Cancel within 6 hours of your appointment time: 100% of the massage cost will be due.
Minors (Under 16)
Clients under age 16 must have a parent or legal guardian present in the room for the duration of the massage session.
Professional Boundaries
Massage therapy is strictly professional. If any inappropriate behavior or comments occur during a session, the therapist has the right to end the massage immediately, and the full service cost will still be due.
Payment Methods
Payment is due at the time of service. Amy accepts: Cash, Venmo, or Zelle.
