To ensure the best experience for every client—and to protect the time reserved specifically for you—please review the following policies before booking.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or reschedules.
Cancel within 12 hours of your appointment: 50% of the service cost will be due.
Cancel within 6 hours of your appointment time: 100% of the service cost will be due.
Professional Boundaries
Energy healing is sacred and professional. No inappropriate behavior or comments will be tolerated during a session, the healer has the right to end the session immediately, and the full service cost will still be due.
Payment Methods
Payment is due at the time of service. Shayla accepts: Cash or Venmo.
